1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TurboSEO.tools (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including both free and Pro plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TurboSEO.tools provides free and paid SEO tools for analyzing, comparing, and validating website elements including:

• Meta tags and Open Graph tags comparison
• Heading tag (H1-H6) structure analysis
• Schema markup validation and comparison
• Redirect chain checking
• Internal links auditing
• Bulk URL checking and auditing
• Social card image generation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@turboseo.tools. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Service Plans and Usage Limits

Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Exceeding usage limits may result in temporary service restrictions until the next billing cycle.

5. Payment Terms (Pro Plan)

5.1 Subscription Billing

By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method $4.99/month on a recurring basis. Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused audits. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your paid period.
• Downgrade: After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with its associated limits.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal usage (rate limiting applies)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product
• Submit excessive requests that burden our infrastructure (DoS/DDoS attacks)

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• We collect account information (email, user ID) via Clerk authentication
• Payment data is processed by Stripe (we do not store credit card details)
• Usage data (audit counts, URLs analyzed) is tracked to enforce plan limits
• We use Google Analytics for website analytics
• You retain ownership of any data you submit (URLs, content analyzed)

You grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs and data solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on TurboSEO.tools are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the URLs, websites, and content you analyze using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.2 No SEO Guarantees

We provide SEO analysis tools but do not guarantee improved search rankings, traffic, or any specific SEO outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Our Service analyzes third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of external content. Use of third-party data is subject to those sites' terms and policies.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $50 if using the free plan)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboSEO.tools, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit to the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months for free accounts)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately
• We may delete your data after a 90-day grace period
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments
• Sections 8-14 of these Terms survive termination

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TurboSEO.tools regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party (e.g., in a merger or acquisition).

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages, third-party service failures).
